Michael is an experienced leadership coach specializing in developing mid-level managers, senior leaders, high-potential talent, entrepreneurs, executives, and C-suite professionals. With a focus on developmental, transitional, and team coaching, he helps leaders enhance their effectiveness in managing teams, coaching direct reports, and navigating career transitions. Bringing 30 years of cross-industry expertise, Michael has worked in sectors including automotive, financial services, education, government, life sciences, manufacturing, mining, power and utilities, technology, telecommunications, and transportation. He holds coaching credentials from Adler Professional School (ATC) and is an ICF ACC-certified coach. Through tailored leadership development and team coaching, he equips professionals with the skills needed to lead with clarity, influence, and long-term success.
HADI DIALLO

Hadi is an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach with over a decade of experience helping leaders and teams maximize their potential. With a background in business administration from Boston University, she specializes in leadership development, influence, and team management. Certified in Hogan and Genos Emotional Intelligence assessments, she uses data-driven insights to enhance self-awareness, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational success.
Bilingual in French and English, Hadi coaches directors, senior managers, HR professionals, and high-potential individuals across industries such as financial services, government, and academia. She focuses on leadership effectiveness, relationship management, and motivating both self and others. Through a personalized and results-oriented approach, she empowers clients to overcome challenges, develop strategic leadership skills, and create lasting impact in their organizations.

With over 30 years in executive leadership, sales, and entrepreneurship, he has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by established leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs. Having successfully launched a national start-up and led major business expansions, Scott brings clarity to complex situations, helping clients navigate transitions, enhance their leadership skills, and drive results.
Certified by the International Coaching Federation (ACC), Scott applies his expertise in manufacturing, sales, marketing, and distribution to support leaders in their professional growth. His coaching focuses on motivating individuals and teams, strengthening relationship management, and refining sales strategies. Tim Arnill is an experienced Executive and passionate about finding ways to positively impact the work environments of clients and customers each and every day. With more than 30 years of experience in senior Human Resources and General Management roles across many industries, Tim is energized by working with individuals, teams and organizations who are looking to tackle the “tough stuff”. As CEO, Tim oversees all aspects of Verity’s business, while also working as an Executive Coach and Advisor of HR Practice and Strategy.
When he’s not in the office, Tim loves to cycle, ski, read and spend time with his kids. His favourite place on earth is being by the water on Manitoulin Island, where the world stops and he can enjoy time with his family and friends.

Managing Director, Leadership and Talent
Christine Miners is an experienced talent management expert and passionate about making an impact with her customers through keeping it simple, tangible and practical. With more than 20 years experience leading talent management functions, Christine is energized by working with individual leaders, teams and organizations to broaden their perspective and translate new thinking to actions and plans that work. As Managing Director, Christine oversees all aspects of Verity’s leadership, coaching and talent management services.
When she’s not in the office, Christine loves to run, ski, read and cook with her children. Her favourite place on earth is at the cottage surrounded by family and friends.

Managing Director, Career Transition
Rose Minichiello is a career management expert with more than 30 years experience supporting organizations during large scale restructurings, working with leaders to help facilitate change and partnering with executives in transition. Rose has a fundamental commitment to delivering service excellence to corporations and individuals going through change. Rose brings to Verity a broad base of knowledge in developing client relationships, and planning and managing organizational initiatives. As Managing Director, Rose oversees all aspects of Verity’s career transition practice.
When she’s not in the office, Rose loves to plant new flowers in her gardens, read legal thrillers, play euchre and then rebalance with yoga. Her favourite place on earth is her kitchen where she loves to cook and bake for her large assortment of family and friends.
BOB TUNE
CFO
Bob is an experienced professional in finance, operations and corporate affairs. He has spent over four decades with small to medium-sized organizations in executive roles as a CFO, COO and General Manger. He is passionate about making an impact on the general operations and financial performance of organizations. While his expertise is in delivering tangible results, he is also keenly aware of the human side of business, in what is a constantly changing environment.
When not in the office, Bob is an avid curler, playing up to four times a week. He likes to swing a golf club in the summer and will often say his results in the business side of his life are much better. Bob’s ideal clients require him to spend time in the wilderness of Rainy Lake or the subdued beaches of Siesta Key.
