With over 30 years of experience working with clients across Canada and internationally, Rick has helped implement leadership and talent development solutions to accelerate learning and improve performance at the individual, team and corporate levels. Recognized and valued for his deep expertise, thoughtfulness and engaging approach, Rick has served as a trusted advisor working with leaders and their teams to build practical talent management solutions.
Prior to his association with Verity, Rick was a senior client partner for over 25 years at a global management consulting firm. He has delivered successful coaching and leadership development solutions for leading organizations across a range of industries including life sciences, financial services, industrials, retail and healthcare.
LINDSAY PARKER
Director, Leadership Training & Development
With over 15 years in leadership and talent development roles and close to 10 years of experience leading operations and service teams, Lindsay brings a wealth of lived experience to her facilitation and coaching. She has supported employees and leaders across industries including telecommunications, technology, construction, oil and gas, utilities, professional services and non-profits. Lindsay’s approach is informed by her philosophy that individuals and systems ultimately want to do meaningful work, perform at their best, and that they are capable of profound change. Lindsay excels at working with mid-career to senior leaders struggling to break long-standing patterns interfering with their leadership effectiveness, or to identify their next career step. She also works extensively with women in leadership who struggle with confidence, perfectionism or using their leadership voice. She creates a safe space for leaders to explore their inner landscape in service of powerful transformations that help them amplify their results as leaders.
DAWN SIMPSON
Manager, Client Services
Dawn strives to build strong relationships with people. She takes pride in seeing individuals progress personally and professionally as they manage their career search. Taking the lead on our Career Care Team, Dawn ensures that everyone is well matched with their coach.
Having worked in the Career Management industry for over 18 years, Dawn brings with her a wealth of knowledge on how to assist those in transition. Her warm, personable, and, engaging qualities, allow individuals to feel comfortable in expressing their career objectives and trepidations. Individuals soon see the benefits of engaging in Verity’s program of support after engaging with her.
Dawn trains and manages the members of Verity’s Career Care Team in the disciplines of being professional, courteous, and personable. Prior to joining Verity, Dawn gained customer service experience in sales and service industries, where she interacted extensively with organizations and the public. Her outreach community work has also aided her in assisting individuals dealing with change.

Tim Arnill is an experienced Executive and passionate about finding ways to positively impact the work environments of clients and customers each and every day. With more than 30 years of experience in senior Human Resources and General Management roles across many industries, Tim is energized by working with individuals, teams and organizations who are looking to tackle the “tough stuff”. As CEO, Tim oversees all aspects of Verity’s business, while also working as an Executive Coach and Advisor of HR Practice and Strategy.
When he’s not in the office, Tim loves to cycle, ski, read and spend time with his kids. His favourite place on earth is being by the water on Manitoulin Island, where the world stops and he can enjoy time with his family and friends.

Managing Director, Leadership and Talent
Christine Miners is an experienced talent management expert and passionate about making an impact with her customers through keeping it simple, tangible and practical. With more than 20 years experience leading talent management functions, Christine is energized by working with individual leaders, teams and organizations to broaden their perspective and translate new thinking to actions and plans that work. As Managing Director, Christine oversees all aspects of Verity’s leadership, coaching and talent management services.
When she’s not in the office, Christine loves to run, ski, read and cook with her children. Her favourite place on earth is at the cottage surrounded by family and friends.
ROSE MINICHIELLO
Managing Director, Career Transition
Rose Minichiello is a career management expert with more than 30 years experience supporting organizations during large scale restructurings, working with leaders to help facilitate change and partnering with executives in transition. Rose has a fundamental commitment to delivering service excellence to corporations and individuals going through change. Rose brings to Verity a broad base of knowledge in developing client relationships, and planning and managing organizational initiatives. As Managing Director, Rose oversees all aspects of Verity’s career transition practice.
When she’s not in the office, Rose loves to plant new flowers in her gardens, read legal thrillers, play euchre and then rebalance with yoga. Her favourite place on earth is her kitchen where she loves to cook and bake for her large assortment of family and friends.
BOB TUNE
CFO
Bob is an experienced professional in finance, operations and corporate affairs. He has spent over four decades with small to medium-sized organizations in executive roles as a CFO, COO and General Manger. He is passionate about making an impact on the general operations and financial performance of organizations. While his expertise is in delivering tangible results, he is also keenly aware of the human side of business, in what is a constantly changing environment.
When not in the office, Bob is an avid curler, playing up to four times a week. He likes to swing a golf club in the summer and will often say his results in the business side of his life are much better. Bob’s ideal clients require him to spend time in the wilderness of Rainy Lake or the subdued beaches of Siesta Key.
