Kathy is a Sales Executive with over 20 years of experience. Highly adept at building business, leading teams, increasing revenue, and expanding existing relationships, Kathy is a strong addition to the Verity team. Her unique abilities to shift thinking with prospects and clients, and to leverage her robust tactical and strategic selling skills, consistently result in solid, long lasting business partnerships.
She uses her analytical skills, significant experience and out-of-the box thinking to help her understand her clients’ needs in order to craft and implement solutions that exceed their goals. She focuses on providing exceptional Workforce Solutions with best-in-class customer experiences.
Kathy’s experience is deeply rooted in the Search and Placement side of the industry and thus brings a unique perspective Verity. For over two decades she has worked with managers, directors and a variety of senior professionals within national accounts, as well as small to medium sized businesses. She has successfully developed, implemented and delivered customized Talent Management staffing solutions which have included ad hoc supplemental assessment, training and coaching solutions.
In addition to her responsibilities for driving business through strong internal and external business relationships, Kathy also held accountability for regional operations, policy compliance, staff development and, ultimately, client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Verity, Kathy was Strategic Sales Manager, Kelly Services; Branch Manager, Talentcor; Senior District Sales Manager G&K Services; and Vice President Business Development, Spherion. She has also worked in management roles with AppleOne and Manpower Group. Her accounts covered a wide range of industries including Financial Services; Business Services; Government; Life Sciences; Foodservices; Telecom & Information Technology; and Retail & Supply Chain Management.
As a supporter of lifelong learning, Kathy earned her Certified Professional Consultant (CPC) in 2011 and regularly participates in “in person” and web enabled training sessions in both Human Resources and Sales. Kathy also has a BA in Business & Sociology from Brock University.
