Philip is a seasoned organizational effectiveness leader with more than 15 years of experience working closely with senior executives, mid-level leaders and front-line employees to create the conditions for optimal workforce performance. His areas of focus include leadership development, performance management, succession development, culture transformation, change management, and talent strategy.
Prior to joining Verity, Philip served in senior organizational development roles, working with leaders and teams in various industries including financial services, healthcare, loyalty, manufacturing, utilities, and commercial real estate. In one of his more recent roles, Philip served as Director, Talent & Organizational Development, where he led the strategic development and delivery of performance management and leadership development initiatives.
Philip’s experience includes speaking at a variety of HR / OD related seminars and conferences. He also teaches Organizational Behaviour at the Ted Rogers School of Business at Ryerson University, where his students keep him on his toes! He has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas, and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
