As the President and CEO, Tim leads all aspects of Verity’s business. In addition to his general management duties, Tim provides Verity’s executive-level clients with coaching, leadership development and talent management strategy solutions. He develops strong, lasting relationships with Verity’s customers. Tim’s executive experience at some of the top global companies in technology, packaged goods and manufacturing has given him strong business acumen, strategic planning expertise and a talent for creating people solutions that work for business.
Managing Director, Career Management & Transition
Rose leads Verity’s Career Management & Transition practice, and works with leaders and corporate customers to help facilitate change. She brings to Verity a fundamental belief in and commitment to delivering value and service excellence to individuals and corporations going through change.

With over 17 years of progressive and diverse leadership experience in Talent and Organization Development, Christine is responsible for leading the development and delivery of Verity’s Talent Management strategy and content. She works with individual leaders, teams, and organizations to build new skills, behaviours and plans that translate to business and career success.

Jeff is an experienced human resources consultant with over 30 years in the industry. He is a high energy leader with a proven track record of success in his field. Jeff provides career coaching services to Verity clients who are in transition. He also works with organizations that are planning and/or implementing their workforce strategies.
