Nadine is a Career Coach, Mentor and Consultant.
She has helped hundreds of individuals to make the most of their careers and work lives through her dynamic career discovery process utilizing exercises and tools including the MBTI, the Strong and various other assessments and exercises. She also leads seminars in Fortune 500 companies across industries and institutions including the public and private sectors and in both Canada and the US. For the past 15 years, Nadine has developed and honed her Human Capital abilities managing and working on downsizing projects and coaching individuals through career transition and change management.
Prior to her work in the Human Capital industry, Nadine worked as a Production Manager and in Research in the Broadcast industry; as well as in Communications and the Not-for-Profit industry. She motivates and guides her clients in achieving their short and long-term career goals. Her energy, resourcefulness and ability to relate to individuals from a variety of backgrounds and levels allow her to help her clients move quickly and comfortably into the next phase of their career journeys.
Nadine holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and has completed ongoing studies in Executive Coaching, Adult Education, and Career Counselling through institutions including St. F.X. University. She is also a member of the Association of Career Professionals (ACP), Canadian Career Information Association (CCIA) and Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).
