As a seasoned senior executive Bob utilizes his sales, business and technology leadership experience to assist Verity’s executive level clients in successfully navigating through personal and organizational change.
Bob joined the Verity team after a successful sales, business development and technology leadership career – having held executive level positions in large, information intensive companies including IBM, Bank of Montreal, Microsoft and Unisys Corporation. He was a driving force on several major business transformation initiatives across multiple industries – from the conception and launch of start-up ventures to the successful transformation of companies facing business or growth challenges. He has also held senior leadership positions in private small and medium technology companies seeking dramatic growth or business turnaround.
With extensive experience leading strategic organizational change and delivering sustainable business growth, Bob has demonstrated his understanding of the impact of leveraging the power of people and teams to secure sustainable business advantage in technology intensive businesses.
Bob is a graduate of Queen’s University and has studied extensively at Harvard Business School (Program for Sustainable Competitive Advantage), Kennedy School of Government and Queen program for Public Executives. Bob has served on the Boards of Junior Achievement, Ottawa and the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC). He currently acts as an executive advisor to three Toronto based technology companies, two of which are startups serving the Mobile and Analytics markets.
